After his military career, Nicholas combined his culinary expertise with his commitment to supporting his fellow veterans.  The result? Sergeant Pepper's Relish—a premium, small-batch relish made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.  Our unique blend of peppers and spices creates a flavor profile that’s both familiar and exciting, offering a Mild option for balanced sweetness and a Spicy version with a fiery kick for those who crave bold flavors.

We believe in igniting taste buds with exceptional flavor while caring for those who have bravely served our country.  That’s why we donate 10% of all profits to organizations that support displaced veterans, helping them transition back to civilian life and find the resources they need to thrive.
